Parking

Ample parking is available in the Casino surface parking lots and the four-level parking garage adjacent to the Event Center. No fee for regular parking; there is a shuttle provided for lots farther out. Valet parking is available for $6 at the Tower/Hotel and Lodge entrance (valet parking is complimentary for registered guests of the Tower, Hotel and Lodge).

Pick up tickets one hour prior to show. Customer must present the actual credit card used to place the order, the confirmation number and a photo ID.

Accessible Seating

To better accommodate your seating needs, the Turning Stone Casino Event Center has requested that all accessible seating accommodations be solicited only through their representatives. Please contact a Turning Stone Casino Event Center representative for further assistance with your ticket purchase. Advance ticket purchase may be required.

Children Rules

Children are allowed in both the Event Center and the Showroom unless otherwise noted. Shows that feature exotic dancing, as well as most comedy shows, are restricted to 18 years and over. In most instances, the price of the child's ticket is the same as an adult. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed on the gaming floor.

Miscellaneous

Enclosed Skybox and partially enclosed Loge Box Seating is available for some performances. Please contact the Box Office for prices and included arrangements.
