Parking

Ample parking is available in the Casino surface parking lots and the four-level parking garage adjacent to the Event Center. No fee for regular parking; there is a shuttle provided for lots farther out. Valet parking is available for $5 at the Tower/Hotel and Lodge entrance (valet parking is complimentary for registered guests of the Tower, Hotel and Lodge).

Will Call

Pick up tickets one hour prior to show. Customer must present the actual credit card used to place the order, the confirmation number, and a photo ID.

Accessible Seating

Available at both the Showroom and Event Center. Accessible seating should be purchased through Turning Stone Box office by calling 877.361.7469.

General Rules

No refunds or exchanges on tickets
No smoking in the Showroom or casino hallways; smoking is allowed in specified sections of the gaming floor.
No cameras
No food or outside beverages

Children Rules

Children are allowed in both the Event Center and the Showroom unless otherwise noted. Shows that feature exotic dancing, as well as most comedy shows, are restricted to 18 years and over. In most instances, the price of the child's ticket is the same as an adult. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed on the gaming floor.

Seating Charts

Features include tables on the Queen and King levels and a fully redesigned section in front of the stage with all new, plush upholstered seats arranged in theatrical rows.
